COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
We are commitmed to the safety and well being of all who attend the Games.
If you require reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act please make your request in writing along with this application at least 30 days prior to the event.
In your request please include details of reasonable accommodations needed and a valid phone number and email address so the games chair, athletic director, or area committee chair, may contact you with any follow up questions.
Non Approved individuals (family and/or friends) will not be permitted inside the Athletic field; if you need someone to accompany you throughout the day, the staff will appoint an approved athletic volunteer or fellow athlete.
Requests that may cause hardship or put others in harm’s way will not be granted.
Any request received less than 30 days from the event may not be granted.
The Phoenix Scottish Games (PSG) condemns any expression of hatred, which has no place in our society. The PSG reserves the right to refuse entry to members, prospective members, or other participants to PSG events on the grounds of association with nationally recognized hate groups, or public displays of discriminatory iconography or language. The PSG is not a haven for those who advocate or practice hatred, hostility, or violence against members of any race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, age, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation. The PSG welcomes people of all origins and opinions who celebrate and enjoy Celtic culture and activities.
