YOUR PHOENIX SCOTTISH GAMES EXPERIENCE
Free parking is available on-site at Gilbert Regional Park. Professional attendants will direct you to available parking. The park is open to the general Gilbert public as well. Our event takes place in a fenced portion of this large park.
HANDICAP PARKING is available near the Main Entrance.
There is no RV parking, no camping nor any overnight parking at the site. Possible RV site information is available at

TARTAN TAXIS will circulate the parking areas to provide transport to the entry gate for those who may have difficulty walking
Facilities are available in the low brick building at the left of our entrance, before the park play area. There are upper and lower rooms. There are also portable units inside our fenced area.
There are separate gates for pre-purchased ticket holders, for on-site purchases, and for VIP tickets – and for exit/re-entry to the grounds. All persons will receive a wrist band other than children under 10
Visit the Information/Welcome Booth (just inside the gates) for:
Possession or consumption of alcohol is allowed ONLY INSIDE our fenced event area as purchased from our on-site vendors.
ID check wristbands are REQUIRED and are available at the Information tent just inside the gates
Beverage stations are located throughout the event, in addition to the large Beer/Whisky tent. See a list of our Beverage vendors
An optional child ID process is available at the Information tent just inside the gates. YOU will write YOUR contact information on a band for the child to wear.
Advise them to return to that location if they get separated, or to seek help from Police or staff.
We ask that YOU take a photo of your child on YOUR device, so you can SHOW us what they are wearing that day if needed.

First aid support is available at the First Aid Station, located along the Athletic field near the row of Vendor booths. Look for the First Aid flag at the southwest corner of the field.
The Information Booth can direct you, or possibly summon aid if need there immediately.
SMOKING is NOT allowed in any tented areas (with or without walls) per the Gilbert Fire Department
Dogs are allowed in the park but must be kept on leash. Please pick up after your pet.
FOOD AND DINING There are multiple food vending locations.

The Gilbert Park playgound is available to our guests. You may exit and re-enter the Games area through our designated re-entry gate with your wristband. Children under 10 are FREE & do not require wristbands for exit/re-entry.
Note that we have SCOTTISH THEMED KIDS EVENTS within the event.
An official Games Program is available at the Information tent just inside the gates. Suggested donation for the program is $1

Gilbert Police officers will patrol during the event. There is also 24x7 security for the grounds.
