HERE ARE THE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FROM 2022
WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR SIMILAR HELP IN 2023
In exchange for your help, volunteers get one day of free entry to the games, food and non-alcoholic beverages provided, and access to a volunteer-only rest space.

I’ll Do Anything! The games can place you where there is the most need.
· Saturday: 8am-12pm, 12-4pm, 2:30-6:30pm
· Sunday: 8am-12pm, 12-4pm
Set-Up: Assisting with games set up.
· Friday, 8am-12:30pm, 12:30-4:30pm
Tear-Down: Assisting with games tear-down.
· Sunday: 5-10pm
· Monday 8am-12pm
Airport Shuttling; Pick up judges from airport for Pipe Bands, Dance, Athletics as needed.
· Friday (1-2 people needed), subject to airline schedule
· Sunday (1-2 people needed), subject to airline schedule
Alcohol: Assist with checking attendees for age, be available to the Alcohol chair for assistance. You must be 21+
· Saturday: (2 people needed per time slot) 8-12am, 12-4pm, 2:30-6:30pm
· Sunday: (2 people needed per time slot), 8-12pm, 12-4pm
Clans: Assist Clans moving material to and from their sites. Involves lifting and carrying
Friday: (6 people needed per time slot) 12:00pm-6:30pm
Saturday: (6 people needed per time slot), 6am-10:00am
Sunday: (6 people needed per time slot) 3:30pm-6:30pm
Entertainment: Assist with the entertainment stage, including state managing, keeping the green room stocked, helping the performers, and assisting the Entertainment Chair.
· Saturday: (4 people needed per time slot) 12pm-6:30pm
· Sunday: (4 people needed per time slot),8am-12:30pm, 1-5pm
Front Gate/Check-In/Program Handout: Helping with tickets, checking in volunteers, handing out programs.
· Saturday: (12 people needed per time slot), 8am-12pm, 12-4pm, 2:30-6:30pm
· Sunday: (12 people needed per time slot), 8am-12pm, 12-4pm
Grounds Observer: Monitoring trash bins for swap out, checking in with each area periodically, monitoring the crowd for assistance where needed.
· Saturday: (4 people needed per time slot),8am-12pm, 12-4pm, 2:30-6:30pm
· Sunday: (4 people needed per time slot), 8-12pm, 12-4pm
Parking: Help guide attendees for parking; shuttle attendees from parking lot to front gate.
· Friday: (6 people needed per time slot), 3:30pm-9:00pm
Saturday: (12 people needed per time slot), 8am-12pm, 12-4pm, 2:30-6:30pm
· Sunday: (12 people needed per time slot), 8-12pm, 12-4pm
Pipe Bands/Massed Bands: Steward the pipe band contest, assist with crowd control for massed bands, assist the piping and drumming chair and judges.
· Saturday: (4 people needed per time slot),8am-12:30pm, 1-5:30pm
· Sunday: (4 people needed per time slot),8am-12:30pm, 1-5:30pm
VIP Lounge (must be 21+): Entrance check-in, food and beverage monitoring, general cleaning and clearing of tables, exchanging trash bin.
· Friday (2 people needed): 5-9pm
· Saturday (2 people needed per time slot): 8am-12pm, 12-4pm, 2:30-6:30pm
· Sunday (2 people needed per time slot): 8am-12:30pm, 12:30-5pm
